Heartfelt thanks to 1st Dibs for a fabulous Introspective magazine article comparing one of my client’s two residences. One overlooking Central Park in NYC, the other with never-ending vistas of the Atlantic Ocean in Miami. My inspiration was that Miami was brunch, New York was cocktails. New York as an adults-only retreat, and Miami as a place for family and friends to gather.
